Our goal is to keep our resources accessible and inclusive so you can spend less time watching and more time creating with a clear purpose and real possibilities, while we protect the work behind them.

We Are Global Creatives, operated by Cultural Intention LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), provides templates, tools, resources, and digital materials for use in personal and business settings.

By purchasing or using any digital or printable products, you agree to this Commercial Use License.

This Commercial Use License applies specifically to the use of resources offered by We Are Global Creatives.

The general Terms of Use apply across the website. Where the use of resources is concerned, this Commercial Use License governs permitted use.

In the event of any conflict between these terms and the Terms of Use, this license controls only with respect to the use of resources.

DEFAULT USE

Unless otherwise clearly stated:

  • All resources are for personal use only
  • Use is non-transferable
  • Use is limited to the original purchaser or licensed entity

Commercial use is not permitted by default and is only allowed where clearly stated in this license.

WHAT “RESOURCES” MEANS

“Resources” includes:

  • Templates
  • Graphics and visual assets
  • Clipart and stock images
  • Digital downloads
  • Printables
  • Custom GPTs
  • Mini apps and digital tools
  • Any included digital materials

Unless stated otherwise, these terms apply to all resources.

DEFINITIONS

Finished Product
A completed item shared only in a non-editable format, such as:

  • PDF
  • Image files (PNG, JPEG)
  • Printed materials

Editable files are not considered Finished Products.

LICENSE TYPE

Each purchase grants a license to:

  • One individual
    OR
  • One clearly defined organization

A clearly defined organization refers to a single legal entity. Separate teams, branches, or locations require separate licenses unless agreed in writing.

PERMITTED USE

Where commercial use is allowed, you may:

  • Customize templates into your own Finished Products
  • Use graphics and visual assets within original work
  • Sell Finished Products as non-editable files
  • Use Finished Products in your business, programs, or classrooms
  • Use resources within larger original content (presentations, posts, materials)
  • Create and sell Finished Products within reasonable small business use

RESTRICTED USE

You may not:

  • Resell, share, or distribute editable files
  • Share Canva, Google, PowerPoint, or editable PDFs
  • Share, transfer, or provide access to Custom GPTs or mini apps
  • Use Custom GPTs or mini apps in client services, programs, or paid offers
  • Sell or distribute assets as standalone files
  • Offer resources as freebies, giveaways, or lead magnets
  • Upload resources to shared platforms for others to access
  • Allow others to use resources without their own license
  • Claim resources as your own original work
  • Recreate or closely replicate products to compete with the original
  • Use resources for large-scale commercial production without permission

CUSTOM GPTS AND MINI APPS

Custom GPTs and mini apps are for internal use only, including:

  • Planning
  • Writing
  • Decision-making

They may not be:

  • Shared
  • Resold
  • Embedded
  • Used in client-facing services or products

MASS PRODUCTION

Mass production includes:

  • Print-on-demand platforms
  • Retail resale
  • Bulk commercial printing
  • Large-scale distribution

Mass production is not permitted without written approval.

EXPECTED USE

Resources must be used as part of a larger original output, not on their own.

This includes:

  • Customizing templates
  • Integrating visuals into original work
  • Adding your own content or structure

Resources support your work. They do not replace it.

ORGANIZATIONAL USE

Organizations may:

  • Use Finished Products internally
  • Share non-editable materials within the licensed entity

Editable files may not be shared across teams or departments without additional licenses.

LICENSE REVOCATION

We reserve the right to revoke this license if terms are violated.

Revocation does not entitle the purchaser to a refund.

OWNERSHIP

All resources remain the intellectual property of We Are Global Creatives.

This license grants usage rights only. Ownership is not transferred.

GOVERNING LAW

This license is governed by the laws of the United States.
